LuckyNavigator

Privacy Policy

We believe privacy policies should be readable by humans, not just lawyers. Here's what happens with your data when you use LuckyNavigator.

What we collect

Honestly? Very little. We don't require registration, so we don't hold your name, email, or payment details. Here's what we do see:

Device info

Browser type, screen size, operating system. Helps us check the site works on different devices.

Country

We see which country you're visiting from (UK, EU, etc.) so we know our content reaches the right audience.

Page views

Aggregated stats on which pages get traffic. We can't tie this to individual people — it's just totals.

Why we collect it

Three reasons only: (1) to fix bugs and improve the site, (2) to understand which reviews are most useful, and (3) to block spam or bot traffic. We never use this data to build personal gambling profiles or sell it to advertisers.

How we protect it

Data is stored on servers with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to two team members who need it for site maintenance. We purge raw logs after 90 days — after that, only anonymous aggregates remain.

Heads up: When you click through to a casino site, you leave LuckyNavigator. Their privacy policy — not ours — applies from that point. Read it before signing up.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask what data we hold about you, request deletion, or withdraw consent for analytics. Since we collect almost nothing identifiable, there's usually not much to delete — but we'll confirm either way. Email hello@luckynavigator.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.
